Jeri’s Gluten-Free Firebird Cornbread

“Every family has a favorite recipe for turkey or sides, and ours is no different. One of our favorites is firebird stuffing, which is cornbread based with chiles and cranberries.

The big difference now though, is that I have to prepare it gluten-free. After some searching and trial and error, I have developed the stuffing into a gluten-free Firebird Cornbread instead of stuffing.

Omelette with egg and smoked salmon


Omelette served with salmon is difficult to turn down!
It tastes and looks delicious. Like many of the other Super chef’s dishes, this recipe is great for lunch. Once you have started to make omelette, why not make two – you’re done with lunch for tomorrow.

Mini Pavlova


These small, sweet (!) ‘cakes’ of meringue and cream are perfect to serve if you get an unexpected visit. Allow the meringues to dry out and it can last for a while. When you get a visit, garnish the meringues with whipped cream and what you have of fruits and berries just before serving.
