Chicken fillet with brie and thyme wrapped in Serrano Ham
Brie, thyme and Serrano Ham teams up with chicken to make this a fabulous dish.

Ingredients (Serves 2)
2 chicken fillets without skin
2 slices Serrano
2 slices of brie
thyme
salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation method
Make an incision in the chicken and stuff the fillet with a slice of brie and a little thyme.
Wrap a slice of Serrano around the chicken fillet.
We prepared the chicken on the grill, but you can also put them onto a baking tray and place it in the oven.
Cook the chicken in a preheated oven at 200C/400F/Gas6 for around 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
